The R2-M "Flow-through" hybridization device is a state-of-art liquid handling and temperature regulating device for membrane-based affinity capturing chemical processes such as DNA hybridization and protein immunoblot.
The "Flow-through" technology overcomes the diffusion limitation in the membrane-based system. Working on the extremely efficient "Flow-through" platform can reduce the time for DNA hybridization from several hours to 35 minutes only.
The "Flow-through" hybridization device also eliminates the need for multiple water baths, shaking and liquid handling associated with DNA hybridization and protein immunoblot. The closed waste disposal system well contains the waste solutions avoiding possible contamination on the bench top.
The operation of R2-M is simple and convenient. Users can simply set the temperature, add solutions and pump out the solutions with the device. The device can be operated on manual or program modes.
